Lapham Peak Trail Run and Brunch

Hey everyone, just a few things:

1. Note that we meet in the Evergreen Parking Lot, which is the first lot on the right.

2. We typically run about 7 miles. If you want to run fewer miles, you can turn around at any point. If you want to run further, you can tack on some miles before or after our 9:00 run.

3. It is a state park, so you need a park sticker or day pass, which you can buy as you enter.  Buying a sicker is a good deal if you plan on going to a state park more than 4 times within the year.

4. We always have a 5 minute grace period, so we're off and running by 9:05. If you know you're running a little behind, just post on this page and we'll know to wait for you. We'd hate to leave anyone behind:)

Quads are too sore for the trails today. Just going to do some easy road miles. Have a great run everyone!

Thought this was going to be a recovery run day for me, but it turns out I can't do my long run on Sunday after all, so may as well run all the miles on the trails. Thinking if arriving at 7 to get the bulk of mileage in before the group starts at 9. Any early-birds are welcome to join/help me navigate!

I'm going to end up doing my long run Friday night (I know, yay!) so I will be good with whatever mileage happens at 9:00, 6-8 miles or so.
