Do you want to create more happiness in your life? The Happiness Club has lots to offer to help you do just that. With regular monthly club nights, workshops, short courses, social nights and online webinars there is something for everyone.
What is the program for 2014?
We have ten regular club nights covering a range of happiness topics. Each session we explore how positive psychology/NLP/alternative therapies can be used to help you to feel happier. Sometimes we have guest speakers along too. The sessions are fun and lively, we laugh and share ideas to deal with real life. Our aim is for you to take away something practical that you can use.
We have a break for tea/coffee and a chat. Being sociable is a big factor in happiness so we build in time for getting to know others and make sure that new comers are made welcome.
