A SPECIAL GREEN-VEGAN ENTREE (prepared just for our group) will have a tasty OIL-FREE, NO-MSG brown sauce. Fresh green Asian vegetables such as watercress, bok choy, Chinese broccoli, and choi sum will be part of the entree.

The $11.50 cost of this dish includes tax. Each person will leave their own tip.

Those who prefer a little oil in their food can order from the regular menu instead of signing up for the Special Green-Asian Entree. (The regular menu has very reasonable prices.)

When you RSVP, please state whether you want to sign up for the Special Green-Asian Dish or you choose to order from the regular menu.

REMEMBER IF YOU RSVP FOR THE SPECIAL GREEN-ASIAN ENTREE, YOU ARE COMMITTED TO PAY $11.50 WHETHER YOU SHOW OR NOT UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE DECEMBER 7, 5:00 PM. (This is necessary because the restaurant must purchase special greens for the Special Green-Asian Entree which it doesn't use on it's regular menu.)

When attending this Dec. 9 meetup at Jin Asian remember to think out of the box. No one need just accept whatever is expected to be dished out. Ask for different or additional spices, or different sauces, or a different kind of rice, or even different or additional vegetalbes, extra or no tofu. I noticed they aim to please and can be creative for customers who want that. It can even be worthwhile to contact them in advance about preferred rice, or preferred vegetables, special sauces, etc. Whatever your healthy heart diet desires.

I have been here and it is most unique with its green veggies our Chinatown friends commonly eat, some of which can only be purchased from a Chinatown grocery. The brown sauce is far superior to what is too often found in Chinese cafes.
