The Healing Era is partnering with JCEE Fitness in 'unlocking your fitness skills' by understanding the fundamental physical activities that are needed to perform your own personal workouts at home, park, work, or anywhere other than the gym.
When you walk away from this event, you will understand the importance of your personalized self-physical exercises, how to activate the specific muscles, and why it's important to perform your workouts in today's toxic and stressful environment.
• 5 minutes - introduction & preparation
• 10 minutes - pre-stretching
• 30 minutes - learning & practicing the exercises
• 10 minutes - stretching
• 5 minutes - final thoughts/questions
The workout will focus on:
• Understanding how the body works in conjunction with your bodyweight and gravity.
• The importance of self physical activities.
• How to activate specific muscles and why.
*Please dress comfortably for a workout. No equipment needed, just bring water, yourself or a workout buddy.
