Finding Yourself

You can only give what you have. This fundamental equation is also true with love. We can only truly love as much as we love ourselves.

Unfortunately, we spend a huge amount of time avoiding ourselves.  And with good reason, the road home can be a difficult one. We left parts of ourselves behind because it would have been too overwhelming to be fully present in the face of the pain we were feeling. Something had to give. Something had to go.  Often we split off parts of ourselves and hid them deep inside ourselves to keep them safe from the fears and hurts of this world.

It was a good strategy at the time, but now it keeps us from fully living our lives.

In this session, we will work  with meditation techniques to gently find those shards of ourselves. To acknowledge their pain, to hold them with care, to welcome them home.

We hope you can join us.

Kind regards,

Natasha and Paul
