10:00 am : Beginners and low movement class. We explore the practice of yoga for those with low mobility.
11:00 am : From beginners to those who enjoy a more advanced yoga experience.
The purpose of yoga is to cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation, and higher consciousness in the individual. The focus is always the same, to connect the mind, body and soul.
We will go over:
● The 7 spiritual laws in yoga.
● The 11 major yoga styles.
● The 8 limbs of yoga or the yoga sutras.
● The benefits of yoga to our well being.
● Different breathing techniques (Pranayama) and how they can reduce stress, and calm
the mind through meditation and reflection.

Angela Rector became a yoga instructor in August 2016. After years of searching for her own spiritual growth, she found yoga and a piece of the puzzle fell into place. She learned techniques during yoga teacher training that allowed her to calm her mind and emotions. She is passionate about helping others through the teachings of Yoga.
