Come and explore a variety of Energetic modalities including ShaoLin & Daoist QiGong; Lucid Light Experiences and various Meditative practices with the aim of expanding your Conscious connection to your personal Energy Matrix and the vast multitude of inner and outer Energy fields. We also invite Teachers of other Energy practices to come & hold workshops as well as give talks on their disciplines (contact us). It is the fundamental aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine which works on harmonising the Qi/Energy flow of the Organs (Zang - Heart, Lungs, Spleen, Liver & Kidneys; Fu - Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Stomach, Gall Bladder & Urinary Bladder) & their associated Meridians (JingLuo) through Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, QiGong & TuiNa. Combinations of meditative focus, breathing methods, movement & stillness techniques are all aspects of QiGong, by interacting with & manipulating the Qi within our bodies as well as interaction with the multitude of Qi fields around us, one can achieve an abundance of Qi flow resulting in relaxation, health, rejuvenation & vitality. These exercises stimulate not only the energy of the body, but also the Qi flow throughout the body.
