What we're about

Northern of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure of living! I do wish the Monday-Friday schedule had me outside more often to enjoy all there is to offer within this amazing landscape.

Being accountable and consistent are 2 personal goals of mine but I feel that I can't achieve that alone. I need a team. Lets meet a couple days a week at various locations in Petaluma/West Side and enjoy where we live and take advantage it. This is for an intermediate - expert fitness level.

30 minute Workouts will include...a 7 minute meditation and then high intensity interval training (HIIT)
