Join us at The Iron Yard Raleigh with our UI/UX instructor Lexi Namer and Front-End Engineering alumni Kaitlin Saunders to build a webpage from scratch in real time!

As part of the class, students will learn the basics of HTML and CSS, the building blocks of the web.

This class assumes no previous knowledge of HTML, CSS, or any other programming languages.

We will use the text editor Atom for the project. To get a free copy of Atom, visit . The download can take a second, so be sure to get it installed before you come to the campus so we can get started on time.

This class is offered for ages 13 and up, so please only sign your children up if they're in this age group.

Students need to have a laptop that is fully charged with a power cord. Students ages 16 and older can attend by themselves. For students 13-15 years old, parents are required to attend with their student and remain on-site for the duration of the course.

We have enough spots for 12-15 students. Please RSVP with your name and email plus one guest (your child). Waivers will be provided at check-in to sign prior to class.
