What we're about
This group is to help form a community of those wishing to practice mindful eating. We will share a meal together and explore 9 different types of hunger: mind hunger, stomach hunger, mouth hunger, heart hunger, nose hunger, eye hunger, cellular hunger, head hunger and spirit hunger. Slowing down and listening to yourself and what your body is telling you about being hungry and full (and so much more ) can help you be more aware of your eating habits and enjoy your meals more. Join me for the joy of mindful eating mediation once a month on a Tuesday at Moose's Down Under in Downtown Vancouver.
