Anxious to get outside and MOVE AGAIN after this winter’s
extraordinary polar vortex blasts? Join us to get your healthy
balance back on board. We’re offering a variety of ways to
accomplish this from bird watching to flora and fauna education
to cardio walks and yoga. You get to choose! Bring your Nordic
walking poles or just your health-oriented attitude and we’ll have
fun OUTSIDE on greater Kalamazoo’s hiking and walking trailways.
These 60-90 minute walks are FREE for you to enjoy. Walks occur
rain or shine unless severe weather is predicted.
NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Feel refreshed and renewed as you MOVE WITH US during a special collaborative event with Down Dog Yoga Center. This event will feature a 45-minute “cardio intended” walk followed by an hour-long session of Yin Yoga.
Meet up afterward for a bite to eat and continued camaraderie at the Tap Room located downtown on the Kalamazoo Mall. Downtown parking is FREE on Sunday.
Directions: From US 131: East Michigan Ave. to Harrison St., turn left and continue on Harrison St. past the People’s Food Co-op and MacKenzie’s Bakery to the corner of Harrison and Gull Rd. Turn right onto Gull Rd. continuing for just a short distance to Gull St., just past Precision Heat Treating Co. and before the Jack Coombs trail-head sign, turn right into driveway and continue down to parking and pavilion area.
