Good Morning Ladies
This saturday bike ride will be Usury Pass. Depending on the weather, we may even put the U back in Usury :)
To prep for this ride start hydrating your body today. with water and electrolyte drinks( gataraid/poweraid). The start of the ride will be a little chilly but as you start to climb you will warm up, Therefore dress with that in mind.
This will be the first time we will do this ride without a SAG. your bike tool bag should have co2 and a extra tub. Pack 2 water bottle, some sort of nutrition( GU,Power bar, or power blocks), along with some change to buy something at the CVS.
