This saturday we will meet at the Bagel Nosh on the SE side if 48th street and Warner in the Bashas Plaza parking lot.
This will be a easy low miles ride so if you haven't been on your bike in a while please do come out and join us.
To prep for this ride start drinking plenty of water today with some form of electrolytes added. Eat a good dinner the night before the ride and a light breakfast the morning of the ride. Dress for the weather by wearing layers that you can peal if you start to get hot.
With winter being here prep your water bottles by filling them all the way and placing them in the refrigerator.
