Social media plays a prominent role in the lives of tenants and leads. Review of social media sites and how to connect with prospective tenants and best practices on marketing a community rather than just a single property.
3. Listing sites
They're the online version of the want ads or the old cork boards, but there is a technique and strategy to using (some of) them.
4. Your online reputation.
When tenants are happy to leverage that to your advantage. Ask your customers to write recommendations for your website and elsewhere to create positive buzz.
5. Develop interest before you need to market.
Email lists, social media engagement, and your online rep should not just kick into high gear when you need a new tenant. It's an ongoing effort that lets you build up energy before you need to tap it.
