Nature walks for me has been the best cure for anxiety. It helps me release stress and tension while moving my body.
Adding a mindfulness practice has helped me connect with my body, calm my mind and have a deeper connection with myself.
I have created a Guided mindfulness nature walk to teach you how to connect with your body, calm your mind while out in nature.
On this walk we will do a guided walk and then a yoga nidra practice.
