Pasta Making Workshop Supperclub

In this class you will finally learn how to cook the Ravioli of your dreams, filling them with yummy deliciousness! We have put together a special series of workshops to help you learn to cook restaurant-esque meals and wow your friends and family back at home. The actual class lasts 2.5 hours where you will learn all about time management in the kitchen, some handy knife skills, vegetable preparation and all the other kitchen 101's from our professional chefs. Greeted with a drink, you will sit down and watch a demonstration on what you will be cooking. You will then get to make the dishes yourselves before dining round our table with new and old friends. Young Holiday Cooking Classes

This is a full day cookery school that's designed to develop young people's interest in enjoying and creating exciting food. This class is very hands on so everyone will get a chance to create something fun and delicious. Throughout the class there will be chefs guiding them step by step, and by the end they will be performing cooking skills you and they didn’t know they could achieve!!! N.B. – If your child has any food dislikes please let us know as we use a range of herbs and spices etc. Young Holiday Classes Menu differ on each date. Come and learn how to make restaurant standard fresh steamed Dim Sum in this unique half day dim sum class in London! At this dim sum cooking class, your instructor at London Cookery School will guide you step by step through all of the different stages required to make the perfect dumplings - from making and rolling the dough, to preparing and mixing the fillings, to forming the parcels and finally cooking them! Whilst embarking on your dim sum making, you'll learn about the different ingredients, fillings and equipment needed, an introduction to Dim Sum etiquette - what to do and what not to do, what to order and the order to order in! You'll also discuss the different Chinese teas available in restaurants, and how to find one you like. Learn how to make the most beautiful translucent dough used in the best restaurants.. This is a dim sum making experience not to be missed! At the end of the dim sum cooking class, you will sit with the rest of the group and enjoy your homemade creations - it's mouth watering just to think about! Everything that you need for the dim sum making will be provided but if you have a favourite apron please bring it along. Learn & Mingle - Tastour Wine Tasting Social Club

Tease your tastebuds, meet like minded people and learn about the crushed grape! The age range of people attending these events are usually 28-45 but all are welcome. Each month is a new learning theme... Get a quick fix and learn a thing or two about wine with Tastour. Around 40-50 wine lovers gather at this event – it’s more informal than a guided Tastour tasting and it's just as much fun. At this tasting you'll learn the difference between the classic wine regions, plus a few fun nuggets to share at your next dinner party. Time: The doors open for check-in at 6:30 pm. The tasting starts at 7:00pm and ends at 8:30pm. Most people stay on for a bit of social and drink after the tasting. Attending on your own? Don't worry!! Most attendees will be on their own.
