What we're about
Welcome to the London Fun & Young Social (20's and 30's) and London's newest Meetup group uncovering cool spaces in London.
This is a totally free and casual social group and just to be clear this is not a dating platform!
The purpose of this group is to introduce some of London's best kept
secret spots to a younger crowd of open minded people who like to
socialise just like you. Our aim is for everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves, while exploring cool venues. There will be visits to micro breweries, rooftop bars, local neighbourhoods, markets and foodhalls. There will be regular drinks socials at bars, pubs, cafes and clubs and group meals at restaurants. We look forward to bringing you on day trips and hosting barbecues. You name the event, we will do it! This will be YOUR group so please provide us with some feedback and ideas. Our events will feel like you are just hanging out with a group of friends and meeting lots of new ones.
We will sometimes give our group members free giveaways on top of all of the fun.
We WELCOME all young Londoners whether you are new to London (newbies), travellers, young professionals, students, au pairs/nannies, expats , locals or whoever to this group so that is YOU!
Come and make friends and have fun with other people your age. You won't regret it! Join the next meetup, meet amazing people, explore cool venues and refer us to your friends!
Nervous about coming by yourself? You should not be as the hosts will introduce you to other members. There is nothing to worry about as we all want to meet other new people. The organisers will always do their best to ensure you integrate with other members and if you need some assistance then please have a word with one of the organisers who will be happy to help you meet some other members.
About the Organisers: Chris and Andreas have been an organiser of socials events and Meetups in London for several years and whilst Chris is a born and bred Londoner, Andreas has lived in London for a long time so ask them anything about UK or London life and maybe even ask for some advice or tips.
