The aim in this session will be for each person to use Smart Change to tackle one habit and feedback on their experience. We want to share: Did the Smart Change road map help? Was the change quicker/slower than expected? Is habit change a nonsensical ploy we are all pressured into each year to sell more weight loss books!?
Art Markman encourages you to follow his journalling process to eradicate those pesky bad habits one after the other. Scientific, rigorous, and motivating. Use it to instil lessons from January's book on weight loss, or any other habit you've been promising to banish or foster.
