Sorry about the late notice - I still have a few openings for my workshop this Sunday and you are welcome to join.
What are we going to do?
Learn how to make beer with wild aromatic plants. This is different from the usual beer workshop and more hands-on. During this class, we'll make some white sage beer from beginning to end. We'll start by a foraging walk to find the plants we'll use in the beer, go back to our original meeting point and make the beer on location, going through all the steps including bottling. Some brewing stages may be a bit slow (I.E. boiling for 20 minutes) but we'll enjoy some snacks and white sage beer tasting in between.

We'll do some hiking looking for white sage so bring your walking shoes, sun protection and bring water too. Of course, as usual, we will take a look at wild edible plants on the way.
