is from 7.00 pm Friday to 11.00 am Sunday
I fast, every month for at least 2 to 3 days, on water only.

FASTING for HEALTH
I fast, on water only for at least 2 to 3 days, at least once every month.
The longest water only fasts I have done were 7 days.
Regular fasting cleans the toxins, that are the causes of most diseases, out of your body.
These toxins can lead to anything from death, or disablement, from heart attacks and strokes, to colds and the flu, headaches, other pains, poor vision and baldness.
All of which can be prevented by a good diet based on raw fruit and regular fasting.
As I have illustrated in my own life.
My father was bald, toothless, wore glasses and dead from a heart attack.
At a younger age than I am now.
