I guess this is still pending since 2010. Like most things in Miami, they never happen. I think Miami is one of the worst places to find anything related to sustainability.

I am such a fan of Green Deane's. His videos are excellent. I've actually tried some of his recommendations in a raw state. I didn't die. So that's always a plus. LOL

Can anyone tell me what it will cost? And will his focus be South Florida? I believe he is located in the West Tampa Bay area, so there might be some different in the local flora.

oh how exciting, love it when he dips down further south. definitely worth a stomp around with dean, over and over again!
for anyone who hasnt met dean just yet, he is surely a master and lover of florida, has a flexible personality and isnt at all, too stuffy. bring your children, lets eat the weeds :)

Of course :)....he is very knoweldgeable. If you listen to his You Tubes (over 100) and also see the list of plants that he already knows exist in that park...you would see this is his area of expertise :) http://www.eattheweeds.com and search it on You Tube :)

I'm assuming he will be adding a focus on wild foraging here in South Florida? I almost took a foraging course in Asheville but much of it wouldn't have applied once we returned to SoFL.
