The Mindful Parenting Group aspires to empower parents to become more mindful, compassionate and to nurture powerful relationships between parents and their children.
Mindfulness teaches awareness and regulation of automatic reactions and behaviours. It supports the development of compassion for self and others. Parents can use mindfulness when facing common parenting challenges.
It is a mindfulness practitioner led monthly support and casual meeting for like minded parents.
