Join us! All levels are welcome. Coach Sally will offer a workout suggestion and modifications if needed depending on your level of fitness and goals. Example workout:
1 mile easy warm up + drills
4-6x800s at a strong and steady pace
EASY 400s walk/jog to recover in between.
1 mile cool down
On occasion we will have a strength workout to follow.
- Bathrooms are sometimes available, sometimes locked.
- Dress for the weather, layers are great on the track.
- Headlamps or other lights are helpful on dark mornings.
