How to find us

Pull in off of Clayton and follow the drive all the way around, past the front of the school. Keep circling and you will see the fence which is the top of the track area.

Join us! All levels are welcome. Coach Sally will offer a workout suggestion and modifications if needed depending on your level of fitness and goals. Example workout:

1 mile easy warm up + drills

4-6x800s at a strong and steady pace

EASY 400s walk/jog to recover in between.

1 mile cool down

On occasion we will have a strength workout to follow.


- Bathrooms are sometimes available, sometimes locked.

- Dress for the weather, layers are great on the track.

- Headlamps or other lights are helpful on dark mornings.
