Build strength and gain flexibility that will help you with endurance and speed in the swim, bike and run. We will use dumbells, TRX, bands, med balls, stability balls, kettlebells, foam rollers, and standard weight training equipment. All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered.
Enter the building from the back entrance. You will see cars and big tractor tires. Come on in!
Showers available, Bring your own towel for showering and another for the workout if you need it.
Classes are free for Sally Drake Endurance Coaching clients at Silver Level or above. $6 for one workout, $60 for a 10-class punch card good for Friday Tri Swim and Sunday Monster Swim as well.
