Hi athletes!!
I am arranging a workshop & a weekly class for Resistance Stretching with Lisa Datillo. It looks like our kick-off workshop will be Saturday, Feb 7 & the classes will start up a couple of weeks after that.....we are thinking Thurs nights & Sat late morning.
