Mindfulness is "the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, and nonjudgmentally, to the unfolding of experience moment to moment."

The Montrose Center welcomes you to a weekly mindfulness practice on Mondays at 7pm in Room 106, after yoga. Free & open to the public. Everyone is welcome!

Practices include sitting meditation, mindful breathing, compassion cultivation, singing bowl meditation, body scan, open monitoring, zen gardening, walking meditation, and more.
