We will be waiting at the corner of the track by the Field House! Look for people in bright, stretchy clothes :)

Tracks are great places to socialize...and run I suppose. Join TMIRCE: Upstate for some laps around the track! Feel free to do your own thing and give high-fives as you run by or follow the workout of the night (including the high-fives)!

Workouts change each week. Some examples of workouts we do:

1. 100m or 400m or 800m repeats
2. Ascending and descending ladders
3. Pyramids
4. Special Ks
5. Relays
6. Deck of Cards
