Leon Creek Intermediate Mountain Bike ride

Gary will be leading an intermediate ride starting at the Mainland Trailhead of Leon Creek at noon.  He will post his details concerning expected distance and speed in the comments below.

Here is some of the usual stuff:

There are smooth parts and rocky parts and any part that makes you uncomfortable you can walk though it. Make sure you have water, sun block, and wear a helmet. We will be riding for about 2 hours. When we ride we will have some rest stops along the way to let everyone catch their breath. I will only be there only if there are people who RSVP "YES" by the RSVP deadline.

Rain cancels this event.

Beautiful weather and a great group. I really enjoyed meeting with and riding with everybody, glad to see everyone pushing themselves. Sorry we got split up - I should have handed out my cell phone number. Looking forward to riding again.

I will park at the Mainland trail head and plan on about a two hour ride. The pace will depend on who wants to join but I would like a good steady pace with little or no stopping. We can go further on the main trails, even up to Drury, or do a shorter but more technical ride on all the little side trails.
