This group was started by students at The Movement Center to welcome anyone who wants to begin a meditation practice or to have a regular place to come for meditation. Our Monday night program includes satsang, chanting and guided meditation...and children are welcome to join in. (They'll be there for chanting and then go downstairs to do other activities). [Please note: The childrens' program is taking a break for the holidays and will resume on January 2.]
You can also attend an optional community yoga class before meditation. It's helpful in preparing to sit.
