Our amazing Indoor cycling classes are 60min long. They combine high intensity interval training as well as endurance training to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping! We incorporate sitting and standing intervals to give you a total body workout that helps to build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your heart, improve your mood and stimulate your mind and body. And let’s not forget the calorie torching, fat-blasting results, all in 60min!
Why do we love cycling so much?
1. It's easy on your body! Cycling is very low impact on all your joints, yet benefits you just as much as running with WAY less chance of injury. 2. It's very music driven. I don't know about you but I am SO motivated by beats! 3. It's fun/interactive and a little competitive ;) When you workout with other people you will work harder, go faster AND you will have more fun doing it... guaranteed. 4. Cycling makes your heart healthy... When you perform any high intensity aerobic exercise on a regular basis, you condition your cardiovascular system to function more efficiently. Your heart gets stronger, your circulatory system delivers oxygen and nutrients with less effort, and your lung capacity increases. As your cardiovascular system gets stronger, you're able to go longer and further when you exercise aerobically. Your energy for day to day activities will increase, and you won't fatigue as easily. 5. It burns a TON of calories. 6. Regular aerobic activity builds up your immune system, helps manage blood pressure and blood sugar, improves your cholesterol levels, contributes to longevity and reduces your risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and some types of cancer.
