Whistle while you work on Saturday, September 22, as we take on new erosion control projects at Devil’s Den Preserve in Weston, Connecticut.
We’ll meet in the parking lot on Pent Road at 9 a.m. and work until noon. Tasks will include digging, raking, picking up debris and somewhat heavy lifting for those whose backs and biceps are on board. No prior experience necessary!
Wear work clothes and sturdy shoes, and bring a water bottle and gardening gloves, if you have them. We’ll have some season-appropriate goodies to snack on.
