Introduction to FPGAs -- Lab/"Office Hours"
Are you a beginner to FPGA development? Have you been wanting to learn some basic Verilog, and how to use the tools to get a design from source code into the FPGA?
- At our last meetup, we went over the basics of how to use the Altera tools to develop software for FPGAs. This time, instead of having a prepared talk, we will have several experienced FPGA developers, who can help you debug your software installation, answer questions about Quartus and Modelsim, and teach you introductory Verilog.
- If you didn't make it to the last Meetup but are still interested, feel free to come, and we'll catch you up!
Note that you'll need to bring a laptop to this event to participate. Please install the software described here: http://www.meetup.com/The-New-York-FPGA-Users-Group/messages/boards/thread/28677962/#[masked]
