OUR CLASSES: Our Sahaja Yoga meditation classes are completely open to the public and are always free, as are Sahaja Yoga meditation classes anywhere in the world! Every one therefore is welcome to just turn up, join in and enjoy the experience! Please also bring interested friends along if you wish. No special equipment required. Here are our local meeting details:
VENUE - Riverside Natural Health Centre, 1-3 Victoria Embankment, West Bridgford NG2 2JY.
WHEN - EVERY Saturday mornings sessions start at 10.30 am to around 11.30am This includes time at the end for optional tea and biscuits and chat!
EVERY Monday evenings Sessions start at 7:00 pm to around pm. 8.00 This includes time at the end for optional tea and biscuits and chat!
(If you arrive late at the meeting, Just enter quietly and join in - no problem).
COST: Always FREE
PARKING: There is a free car park(The venue is next to Top Knot hair saloon on the Victoria Embankment).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: All the Green line Busses 5,6,7,8,9,9b10,10c,10x,11,11c
Navy Line3,4 Bus Stop is Trent Bridge
COVID. Face masks are optional. Chairs socially distanced. Large airy room. Hand washing facilities.
NO NEED TO BOOK - You can just turn up!
