The Omni Movement shows you how to be "aware" anytime, anywhere, and through anything. Become an Omnist: A person who cultivates happiness, mindfulness, and abundance in their life and helps others do the same. Explore mindfulness and spirituality in an inclusive, limitless, and open environment.

Advanced or beginner spiritual practitioners are welcome including all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs. Join us to get in touch with genuine mindfulness on a global and universal level.

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is EVERYTHING:

Why OMNI? Why Now?

Ok. Being mindful is easy when things are good. Like when you get a raise at work, your friends spontaneously throw you a party or your significant other cooks dinner for you on a Tuesday night.

But what happens when a storm rolls into your life? What happens to mindfulness?

For most of us, it disappears. And for a good reason. Your once "happy" rose-colored glasses get misplaced somewhere between life's responsibility and the daily grind.

Let’s face it. It’s sometimes difficult to “live in the now.” If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic and wishing you were home instead of being on the road, then you know the struggle is real.

Being a master at wrangling your mind is not just doing it when times are good. It’s being able to stay centered when things are falling apart. Or at least get your footing faster. So, you can launch into the amazing life that’s waiting for you!

What to Expect:

Every Meetup, we choose a theme or question to explore how natural laws and mindfulness can enhance your consciousness. Meaning you can experience more abundance and authenticity, in all areas of your life, and help others do the same.

What We Do:

When we meet, we start with a mantra and end with a mantra that expresses the OMNIpresence of YOU! During our time together, we explore the theme or question of the Meetup. After, you will get to have an open conversation about mindfulness with fabulous people!

Why:

It's a global crisis we wanted to addresses: some people sleepwalking through life. (Sleepwalking as described as mindless actions, thoughts, feelings, and intentions).

When you join The Omni Movement, you become part of a movement that can fundamentally shift consciousness toward a global, mindful, and OMNIpresent level. To live your best life, we help you stop mindless actions, thoughts, feelings, and intentions. This is Omnism - this is the change.

How it Started:

In my personal life, my family is going through the toughest thing we have ever had to face together: cancer.

When the news came, I knew I had to make a shift and create a movement that got all of us involved with one another, globally. Through patient observation and global-omnipresent mindfulness, my family and I are getting through the toughest battle we have ever endured.

#1 Thing Holding You Back From Happiness & Love

Oh, there might be some little-itty-bitty thing holding you back from love and happiness. If you could remove that tiny roadblock, you'd be happy. Right? If this sounds like something you've thought in the last six months, then join us in a “workshop-style” meet n’ greet to meet other mindful and happy people. What if the pure theory of Quarks could help you have more love and happiness in your life—would you do it? Yes, you would because you're a lovebug on the prowl for good vibes! It's an astonishing concept in natural laws that places connection at the center of everything: Quarks. What to expect: 1.) We will meet one another and talk about mindfulness and define the word soulmate for us. 2.) We will discuss some cool natural laws. 3.) You can engage with other mindful people and participate in the 3 ways to "unblock" you. Some context for our event (you might want to bring a pen and pad of paper or iPad/Tablet for taking notes, but we will provide pen and paper too): . Introductions . Mantra reading/Meditation . The Formula to Manifest Anything . Workshop - make it a reality! . Closing: Meet n’ greet/networking We will be meeting in Charles Sword Meeting room at the gorgeous Newport Public Library. There is plenty of free parking in the lot next to the library. The room is fully equipped with seating, table, and places for us to set us snacks/beverages. When you get to the library, go up the stairs (the room is on the second floor) and ask the information desk for the Charles Sword Room. They will direct you down the hall. The room is simple to find. Just up the stairs, make a right, then a left down a hall past the study tables, and the meeting room is on your right-hand side. Beverages and snacks will be provided. The admission is by donation. Most people give $5-10 per person for event space and food. You can bring cash or use Venmo if that makes you happy! Or give a hug as your donation! Bring your positivity with you as well as your friends to join The Omni Movement!

Let's face it. Technology is glued to our hands, literally. Smartphones, watches, portable laptops, you name it, we have it. So is that good or bad? Well, we'll find out. Join us in a “workshop-style” meet n’ greet to learn how to utilize the genuine power of mindfulness. Natural laws will help you figure out which ways are best for you and your lifestyle to get some much needed "ME" time without technology. Sounds like heaven, huh? What to expect: 1.) We will meet one another and talk about mindfulness. 2.) We will discuss the science behind mindfulness. 3.) You can engage with other mindful people and participate in the 4 ways to do technology detox in the right ways. The area where we will be joining one another has concrete ground, tables, and benches. So, your shoes should not get damaged.
