Program Description

• Do you long for a deep, safe and nurturing community support in your journey as a 'woman', 'wife', 'mother' or ... 'fill in the blank'?

• Are you ready to shed some old stories, hurts, guilt and resentment and give space to your heart, power and fierce authentic expression of yourself?

• Are you ready to empower yourself to express your full potential and passion while holding values of contribution and compassion for all of life?

This Women Circle is for you if you are ready to...

... explore all parts of yourself, the lights and shadows, the forgotten and silent, the screaming, crying or soft whispering parts of you ..

... transform and let go of shame, guilt, resentment, judgments, perfectionism and overcome fears...

... dare to show and embrace the whole of you and the whole of Life fiercely with love...

... find and co-create your tribe to raise women empowerment and full expression of our gifts

We all have times in our lives when a circle of women might be the resource needed to help us step to the next stage of our journeys. The circle might be supportive to you if you are going through or just recently started a life transition, if you have been wanting to birth your own inner butterfly out of its protective cocoon, if you are ready to nurture yourselves and others to bring out and grow parts of yourself you barely remember, or if you have been longing to shine for a while and step into your fuller potential.

This new 8-session Level 1 series will explore NVC FUNDAMENTALS while focusing on women-focused topics. Another series will start after this 8-week series to dive even deeper into self-compassionate transformational and healing work using deepening processes.

There is no pre-requisite to attend this series although attending an NVC introduction or having read Marshall Rosenberg's NVC: Language of Life will support faster integration into the group. We will move along many concepts and tools depending on what the group needs.
