Our goal: To engage passionate professionals (across industries) who work to put people first in their organizations. We'll strive to ignite thoughtful conversation based in industry research, trends and real-life application, spanning topics like: Cultural Stewardship, Organizational Effectiveness + Development, Talent Mgmt, HR/People Operations, Training + Learning, Change Mgmt + Coaching.
This inclusive People + Culture meetup is for:
1. Sharing: best practices, research, trends + new strategies with your peers
2. Building: relationships + partnerships in your local community
3. Expanding: your people dev. + org. culture knowledge
Marking the beginning of a 2018 People + Culture series of events, the first P+C Meetup will be hosted at the Procore Learning Center in Carpinteria, CA (an accessible, local community space dedicated to learning).
