Tanja Horan, Principal at Tacosa 360 Consulting, works with organizations to develop and manage their product portfolio for scale & growth. Her passion for building innovative products and product teams spans concept to launch. Focus areas include: product strategy and roadmaps, product management, product marketing, and program management. Having worked with organizations ranging from startups to multinationals, Tanja has delivered products and strategic projects across AI & machine learning, financial services, consumer packaged goods(CPG), government entities, manufacturing, and health & wellness industries.
As a product leader, she has led the product management at multiple SaaS companies as well as built and managed product management and international teams. For the acquisition of one of the SaaS companies, Tanja led the presentation of the product portfolio and technical architecture to buyers and engaged with due diligence. Additionally, Tanja has coached startups on their pitches, messaging, and product management. She has also consulted with universities developing their entrepreneur incubator and entrepreneur education program.
Tanja received her BA in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. One of Tanja’s personal passions is promoting and expanding STEM education.
