We are privileged to welcome you to the Mind and Meditation series - a unique opportunity to rediscover the healthy, happy and peaceful person in you. Through this 4-week workshop, the participants would have an immersive experience of yoga that harmonizes the body, breath and mind. The series aims to inculcate a set of simple yet powerful techniques. These yoga, pranayama and meditations when practiced regularly would help in activating the inner energies that elevates the experience of life to a higher possibility. To ensure you get the maximum benefits from the program, we have come up with a balanced mix of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation techniques over four days (on Sundays). Note that each session builds on the previous session.

Learn Subtle Yoga and explore the connection between breath and asanas (yoga postures). What is Pranayama? Learn pranayama to harness the power of breath and finally Meditation time!
Day-2: (Sunday, Oct 30th, 2016 | 7:30 - 8:30 AM )
Sthiram Sukham Aasanam - Learn Yoga to straighten your spine and learn the importance of it. Understand the connection between emotions and the breath. Establish connection between the body, the breath and the self, followed by pranayama (which helps to calm down instantly) and again meditation time!
Day-3: (Sunday, Nov 06th, 2016 | 7:30 - 8:30 AM )
Strengthen your body through special sequence of asanas (yoga postures), and dive deeper into establishing the connection between emotions, breath and the mind. Do a special "Getting to Know" Process to dive deeper into the Self. Time to progress on pranayama and yes, experience the expansion of the mind & the self.
Day-4: (Sunday, Nov 13th, 2016 | 7:30 - 8:30 AM )
Yoga remix and learn a sequence to do every morning. Special pranayama to recharge your system in less than 10mins. Time to experience the self - meditate and learn about the Advanced Breathing Techniques.
