“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” (Rumi) Love gives meaning to our existence. Love for our parents, romantic love, love for our children, love for ourselves, compassionate love. Love can give us the greatest joy but also the greatest pain. We love with fear, anger, loneliness, suspicion. Our deepest wounds get attached to our ability to love. In this meetup we will explore together the barriers to love and what we can do to remove them. I welcome all those of you who want to understand how love works. We will talk about various forms of love, the obstacles to it and what we can do to reconnect to our loving nature. We will meet once a month in the community room at St. Paul University to start a heart revolution. Details will come soon in our first meetup.
You are warmly invited to an honest and courageous exploration of sexuality and its relationship to love and intimacy. What does sex mean to you? Is it connected with positive or negative feelings? Is it an instinct or an art, a proof of self-worth or an intimate exchange, a task or a ritual?
We will explore three main topics, helping you to develop erotic intelligence. Erotic intelligence means the wisdom and practice necessary to navigate the interplay of desire and pleasure with the daily challenges of loving and living. It is not an easy task but the rewards are worth the effort: feelings of joy, vitality, freedom and intimacy.
1. How to cultivate mind body connection to experience more pleasure.
2. How to handle the differences between male and female sexuality.
3. How to maintain passion and desire in a committed, long term relationship.
