Workouts vary week to week. Just bring yourself, some extra high fives, and a never-say-die attitude. Rise up!
1. We start at 5:12 AM. 5-1-2. This is Austin so that should be easy to remember.
2. We work out rain or shine and on all holidays. Don't worry about asking, "Will you guys be working out tomorrow? Tomorrow will be [rainy/hot/cold/windy/Christmas/New Years Day/My Grandma's Birthday] so I wasn't sure if you'd be there." The answer is always YES, we will be there.
3. This is FREE fitness. It costs $0. Every time. Just show up.
After the workout
Feel free to hang out for a bit as we reminisce about how awesome that time was on top of Doug Sahm Hill at the nearby Whole Foods or Starbucks - we'll announce it during the workout.
