With 2018 around the corner, the anticipation builds for one of the wildest, coldest, high-fiviest Rise traditions - The Polar Plunge!
We'll follow the same format as previous years - a double workout followed by the main event! Here's the schedule:

2) 8:45 - 9:15 AM: Coney Island Brooklyn Boardwalk Workout! We'll be right near Tom's Coney Island,Brooklyn New York
3) 9:30 AM: The Plunge!
We'll head to Tom's afterwards to heat up and fill up on delicious eats.
There are only three rules:
1) Anyone can do this.
2) Everyone is welcome.
3) We will have fun.
