Though our July rucking challenge has come to a close, the enthusiasm for walking with a weighted backpack is as strong as ever! So we're keeping the momentum going and adding a ruck night to the month of August!
This one will be different than our previous rucks. We usually just walk around with our backpacks on. This time we'll be adding bodyweight exercises, partner challenges, and a whole lot more. It'll feel more like a traditional Rise workout, but with a little extra weight on your shoulders.
The workout will last somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour. Afterwards we'll head to Loreley Beer Garden for some post-workout drinks and bites.
Bring a friend! Bring ten! But most importantly, bring your ruck sack.
