November 13th Meeting

In polling our group from the last meetup, the majority asked if we could spend the November meetup covering color correction.

That said, I will be  showing you how to use a grey card to set a custom white balance on the various makes of cameras. I will also briefly cover the use of the Xrite ColorChecker Passport to set color presets to correct your images for proper colors.

To be able to utilize the above correctly, the user must also be able to obtain correct exposure. Therefore, I will also review with you the proper camera settings to achieve that correct exposure.

As always, bring your camera with you to the meeting. Bring your camera manual too if you feel it may help you. You'll be able to work through your own settings as we make these presentations. We will capture several practice photos in the meetup.

Until then, as always ... HAPPY  SHOOTING  !!!  (Ron)

Do I use then mobile phone with Nikon 7000 to utilize this software program? Hopefully, eventually I will be getting Surface Pro Tablet and equipment to have Nikon 7000 to have WiFi. Currently I do not. So im still unsure of what I need to use this program and the cost. I haven't yet heard back from them (from going online and sending email to them)
