Rotary is a global network of over 1.2 million community volunteers. Rotary members are business and professional people who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, and help build goodwill, peace and understanding in the world.

Founded in 1905 in Chicago, today, there are some 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries carry out service projects in their local communities and abroad to address such critical issues as health, hunger, illiteracy, water, youth and the environment.

It's Back! The Select Construction Presents Ashburn Rotary's 9 Hole Golf-A-Palooza! Mark your calendars for the afternoon of Thursday, April 25th, 2019. This best ball, 9 Hole Golf Tournament benefits the Ashburn Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department and the Ashburn Rotary Foundation. This tournament is designed for the 'non golfer', is VERY fun and is great way to network with others in our community! Some of the fun things include: Old Ox Brewery Hole (pint on the course) One Hour Heating & Air Quickie Hole (timed hole) Loudoun Chamber Air Gun Hole (shoot a ball onto the green) Comfenergy Red Solo Cup Hole (just wait...) Margarita Station Rubber Ducky Hole (aim for the water) Two raffle prizes include a Fire Engine ride to school/work and an opportunty to brew and name your own beer at Old Ox Brewery. Your entry fee includes 9 holes of golf, a cart, a few beverages, reception appetizers and hugs from Jimmy O. Immediately following the tournament there will be a brief awards ceremony and happy hour. There will be a post, post event happy hour down the street at Old Ox Brewery. Speaker: Jason Matchett has 18+ years in the IT industry and 10+ years as the CEO of Partnerd Group, LLC/Partnerd Solutions, LLC. Having served in executive or leadership roles for more than 20+ years, Mr. Matchett uses his experience to serve business, education, fraternal, and civic organizations in various capacities. Welcome to our Rotary. All welcomed! Speaker: Erin Nesbitt, Community Outreach Director. The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging serves persons 55+ or who are 18 and older with a disability. Some of the services offered are Senior Centers, Adult Day Centers, Case Management, Caregiver programs, Support Groups, and a meal program.
