Calling all Stressed-out, Overwhelmed, and Burned-out attorneys! Do you suffer from anxiety, hopelessness, anger, or even shut-down when you go to work or think about going to work? Do you notice your performance and productivity decreasing? Or perhaps this stress is leaking out sideways in your relationships or personal life? If so, this group is for you!!
There is nothing worse than feeling like you're losing your edge or that you're not as fierce as you used to be. Often, the effects of chronic stress sneak up on us and we don't realize it until it's almost too late. This is your time to get your game back, to step up in a new way and to start kicking ass again!
We will be creating more empowered ways to show up in your practice, with your clients, in and out of the courtroom, and in your personal life, too. Learn to better manage your S.O.B. experience so you can increase productivity and performance, avoid costly mistakes that could lead to malpractice, and create greater peace and enjoyment in your practice!
Each session will feature a different topic geared towards helping you achieve your ultimate success as an attorney. Written materials will be provided for reference and for CLE credit.
