Hi All,

Just wanted to reach out to the group to see if you (or anyone you know) might be interested in looking into a contract-to-hire opportunity with a local client of ours.  We're looking for a Sr. .NET Developer with a broad background including design, development, maintenance, and an understanding of architecture.  We're primarily seeking candidates with extensive (10+ years) of development experience and a focus on commercial software products.
Additional requirements:

?      Experience developing N-tier, distributed database applications using .Net / C#

?      Understanding of architecture and design patterns including abstract factories, publisher-subscriber patterns, and provider models

?      Experience working on enterprise level, multi-tiered SOA applications

?      Strong database modeling skills with the ability to write DDL and create complex stored procedures

?      Experience working with Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow (WF) in a commercial software product

?      Experience developing web clients including ASP.Net, HTML, DHTML, Javascript, CSS,  XML, use of complex 3rd party controls and popular internet browser technologies including MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome

?      Experience working with a version control system (VSS, TFS, Sub-Version or similar)

?      Ability to work on several projects at once.

If you think this could be a fit, send me your resume and contact info, and I'll gladly follow up.
