Night Rider Pub Crawl to Squaw Valley

Next weekeend we'll be heading up to Apres Ski Club in King's Beach on Lake Tahoe's North Shore. This is an awesome ski and snowboard club, with kitchen facilities, WiFi and a hot tub.

Join us crazy grid rats for an End of March Madness Pub Crawl on the night rider from Crystal Bay to Squaw Valley with several stops in between. We might even make some Irish fancy foods like corned beef, bangers, mash etc for dinner before heading out.

The crawl is on Saturday night, but we will be staying all weekend (hopefully catch some of the powder heading Tahoe's way this week).  Lodge costs per normal:

Members - stay for $22/night for bunks, $27.50 for semi-private rooms
Guests of the lodge - stay for $27.50 for bunks, $33 for semi-private rooms

If you want to reserve a semi-private room, reserve and Pay for it at www.apres.org and just shoot us an email so we can keep track.

Nightrider bus is free, just tip the driver.

Meals we will pool $ and figure it out when everyone's here.

Just a reminder for those of you who aren't familiar with Apres Ski you need to bring your own bedding and towels!

    Gareth, All,

Me and my buddy are driving up on Sat early morning. Skiing both Sat and Sun at Northstar. Is there still room for two guests on Sat night at the house? Both bunks and semi-private works. We live in South bay. Leaving 5ish on Sat morning, coming back Sun eve. If someone is looking for a ride on any of those legs, we have room for one. We could also use company on the mountain. I ski, my buddy boards. Haven't been to Northstar in a while. Looking forward to hit up Lookout mountain!

    Cheers,
    Mandar

Hi guys! First time here, so not sure how all this works ;). Just want to make a plan:
    1) arriving in Apres Ski Club from SF on Tuesday (rideshare or rent a car.. I'll figure out something)
    2) lodge - is there any vacant bunks for me? (3 nights)
    3) How can I get from lodge to resort every morning and get back in the evening (Homewood last time was great..)
    4) How to get back Sunday night to SF?
Thanks in advance for any help! :)

I may have an extra seat Sunday. Also most people can spot u a ride to slopes from the lodge and there's a bus 3 blocks away

Hi Gareth - how much skiing would we be doing on this trip? I am not a big pub crawl person - don't have as much tolerance for alcohol as I'd like - but would love a ride up and catch some fresh (and final) powder this weekend if that works out: have pass for Northstar and would like to ski there two days - is that possible? Thanks!

Sure selina although I usually go for room 8 which can be noisy (doesn't bother me)

Oh I quit my job at Google so I won't be leaving from there and I'm probably leaving that morning early to be up there for a favor to someone.
