  • Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Romance Critique Group
Hi! We’re the Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Romance critique group! We meet once a month for super fun round table group critiques of each other's short stories and novel excerpts. General Group Notes: - Try to keep submissions around 2,000 words. Longer pieces are fine, but please highlight specific passages for those who don’t have time to read the whole submission. - Please read and review all the submissions before the meetup. - Uploads are due the Monday before the meeting. For New Members: - As per the SWG rules, new members may attend a meeting for free to try things out. After that you’ll have to formally join and pay group fees. - File sharing and non-meeting discussion happens in a private Slack group which you can join once you’re a member. - If you’d like to check out our group, please contact Simon for the monthly reading list, or have any questions. You’re also welcome to come to the SWG Social Meet Ups. There’s usually at least one SciFi/Fantasy/Romance member there to represent. Happy writing and see you soon!
