Want to learn the elements that make up a story?
Want to learn how to deliver a story with impact?
Want to practice storytelling skills in a safe, friendly environment?
Join the Silicon Valley Storytellers Toastmasters club for a free 90-minute workshop where you will:
* Understand the basic principles of speaking and storytelling.
* Dissect the attributes used in written stories, poems, and world-championship winning speeches.
* Apply the attributes and skills presented in a hands-on exercise.
Our Presenter, Lee Amatangelo, DTM, will take us on a world-wind tour of classical written stories, poems, world-championship of Public Speaking speeches, and personal speeches that deliver powerful and memorable messages through proven speaking and storytelling techniques.
No matter what your current skill set is in speaking or storytelling, this is the workshop to attend !!!
The workshop is geared toward speakers who will deliver stories in front of live-audiences, but many of the techniques presented can be used for written and auditory stories, as well.
